A 5 day live virtual retreat
with sound healing & yin yoga
to reclaim our attention,
rewire our minds, and make space for what’s important.
- Carl Jung
This is 5-day virtual retreat inviting you to practice stillness, to rebuild habits,
to realign our actions to the life we know deep down we are meant to live.
We live in a world where our attention is pulled in many directions.
Our devices follow us everywhere.
We use them to reach a friend, search for directions, pay for things, manage our finances... the list goes on.
Over time, we reach for it not out of necessity,
but to distract ourselves from that little bit of discomfort.
It becomes an unconscious habit
A reflex to avoid sitting with difficult thoughts or feelings.
This retreat is designed so that we become more aware of the choices we make,
and realign our actions with the version of ourselves we want to become.
We have the power to choose.
When our desire for the life we truly want becomes stronger than the pull of the distractions,
we can use that desire as a force;
as an energy to create a life we truly feel fulfilled in.
The
Practice
For five days, we will gather twice a day and
dedicate space & time to cultivate our energy within.
There will be daily guided yin yoga
and a live sound bath to reset our nervous systems.
We will practice stillness,
to sit in the space of the "in-between",
to rewire our neural pathways and habits.
We will practice delayed gratification and mindfulness of choice,
to find our OWN ways to create harmony with technology,
through compassion & devotion.
The Space
In this space we will slow down,
To reconnect to the reason why we started
We will reflect with compassion,
seek within with full honesty,
and look at all the parts we are still learning to accept
Themes
We will start from working with the internal: our relationship with technology, our identities, our beliefs
Below are the themes we will explore to support that.
Slowing Down
Extending the gap between
trigger & response
Stillness
Together we will drop into stillness.
In a world where we constantly seek distraction, stillness is what cultivates force, to help us observe what we may not have seen, to feel what we may have unconsciously neglected.
It’s the pause that brings out the beauty yet revealed
Zero Point
Tapping into the energy and the space time where all possibilities exist, where we reconnect to the life force within.
Dopamine rewiring
Repetition of practice, working with neuralplasticity and brain state change to remove what no longer serves
Reconnect to Our Purpose
Reconnect to the deeper "why"
that guides us
Self Mastery
Honor our potential, our words & intention and work with our desires, so we can align our actions with our highest self
June 9-13th, 2025
The intention of this retreat is for you to reclaim your power back,
